"The only thing wrong with this stay was that the pool was closed all weekend and we did not know about it ahead of time. The bed was awful, very uncomfortable. The rest of the stay was good. The staff were great, very friendly."

"So our bedsheets had a stain on them. There was a hair tie in the bathroom with hair all over it. Our first night of staying I woke up with bumps all over my arms the area in which it’s in is very ghetto. In fact, someone said that there is crack at the gas station close by we had kids banging on our door to our hotel. You could hear everything going on outside the hallways. People yelling and screaming the table was not clean thank God I brought cleaning products with me. Absolutely horrible...

"They are in the middle of renovations, so things weren't in the best condition, but the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that we needed."

"The room was kind of clean, the chair at the desk was old and worn through the fo leather, there was no body soap, lights flickered, walls thin (could hear neighbor coughing all night). It was a $50.00 room for $120.00. Bed was made, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not good, nothing fresh except waffles you made on your own."

"Bad service. I was talking to an employee and he got a phone call and just cut me off and answered the phone in front of me. The room was a mess, I had to replace the toilet paper when we first got there, there was a stain on the pillow, the room phone was just sitting on the floor in the corner, there was no bag in the trash can. Pretty much everything was messy/dirty. Housekeeping didn’t make our bed one day, which I feel is the bare minimum. She also knocked SUPER quietly at 9am one morning....

"Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. We didnt have a complete set of bedsheets for the fold out couch, and it was surrounded in crumbs and dirt. The tv remote either...
