"Breakfast outside was lovely"

"Beautiful property, stunning scenery. However doesnt have all the amenities of a hotel. Better described as a Bed and Breakfast as they have no restaraunt available for Lunch and Dinner and no 24hr reception."

"Good"

"Nothing to complain about. Very good"

"There were problems with the following things in my room with a bathroom: WiFi dropped constantly Bidet broken Ants in the bathroom Tv so high on the wall that it was unwatchable Wardrobe with only three hangers Doors left open to the building and hotel Air conditioner turned off at about 1 AM every night Clock was so ugly Toilet seat broken I messaged about the WiFi and the bidet problems, but they didn’t do anything or offer any assistance."

"Easy to find with helpful instructions. Very clean and modern, lovely stay."

"It was good, did not get the codes to get in right away but was very helpful"

"I can not tell you how was this place.. it sound like a scam! I made the reservation and I paid through Expedia and couldn’t check in. Reception was close and no one answered my text. Still waiting for refund.. CAUTION"

"Moreno was an excellent host that explained the different parts of the B&B and was present every morning. He checked regularly if my stay was ok. My room was spacious and very clean. I enjoyed the fresh breakfast and access to ice cold water. Easy access to Pisa and Lucca by train and bus. Highly recommend!"

"Sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und rochen himmlisch. Der Pool war leider nicht der gepflegteste, sodass wir nicht reingegangen sind. Es gab viele Essensmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung."

"The phone number listed on Expedia does not work, and the owner has not responded to the messages we sent through Expedia. We will need to find another working contact number online so that we can reach the owner. Otherwise, we will not be able to check in to the room."
