"The room was newly renovated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location in general was very good and our view of lake Michigan was pretty cool. The pool looked nice although we didn't use it. We really wanted to use the hot tub but it was not operating. The staff was friendly and there was a nice little free continental breakfast in the lobby. The Roku TV was a bit complicated (for streaming) but we ended up figuring it out; I imagine that some folks wouldn't have been able...

"The toilet in our bathroom was built for kids, close to the floor, after using it I almost had to have help getting back up. The lamp on the desk didn't work at all, The internet connection was two shades above dial-up, tried to connect for a faster connection and I couldn't even log into PayPal connection wasn't fast enough and kept dropping out. "Good size room, huge bed but it was hard as a rock. Amenities were nice for the price, check in was easy. Nice rainfall shower head. Toilet sat extremely low. If the bed had been more comfortable, would stay there again."

"The room had an awful mystery odor. We had to go and get air freshener. The toilet was not attached to the floor. Did not have extra rolls of toilet paper. We had to go to the desk to get one. Went to check out and get a receipt and no one was at the desk. Rang the bell and after a few minutes someone came out and they were in their pajamas. We would not stay there again"

"The location is the only thing useful with this property. Gross coffee provided in the room, almost no channels with tv, ac didn’t really work, toilets overflowing and no breakfast provided. To no fault of the staff I encountered (they were all very polite and apologetic for any issues) this place used to be pretty decent until it was bought out and turned into an Adobe."
