Excuse our appearance signs have been up for over a year and the rooms, hallways, and common area area all still very old and worn looking. Elevator feels and runs like its about to break at any moment.

Hotel was rundown and didn’t offer a sofa bed as advertised. Staff services were great and accommodating but the value of the total cost didn’t reflect in terms of hotel quality. Until renovation the mgmt soukd not charge $350 for a night.

The best part of our stay was the warm chocolate chip cookie we received at check in. Unexpected and delicious . The hotel could use some updating, but it was clean, the bed was very comfortable and I felt safe. We went to a concert at Gillette and this hotel was very convenient

The property is in the middle of doung remodles. We had a door with a bad lock it was difficult to open and close the door. Same problem with the outside key entry door. It would not vlosr and it was very heavy to move. Other than this everything else was good
