"The staff were not accommodating. I booked this for my parents and booked a king room and they were placed in a room that was in between the lobby elevator and the gym so they were surrounded by constant noise which made it challenging for them to sleep. They asked for their room to be switched and staff told them they would have to pay for another room. Ultimately they had to keep the tv on all night to drown out the noise of the gym and elevator use. "

"Even though we were booked for two nights, the room was not supplied with any additional towels or offered during check in. Kids were running up and down the hallway most of the evening as well as riding the elevator to each floor. Management did not intervene nor did the parents who were taking up the entire downstairs common area with their party. Plenty of booze and late nights loud convo as the children ran wild. The TV was outdated, only cable and the bathroom in our room was clearly not...

"This was an excellent property! Clean, safe. The room was amazing and I loved the bed. If there was any drawbacks I would say that breakfast was not what I anticipated. It was well done, simply no hot eggs. While they offered a variety of bagels, bread and cereals my husband is diabetic so these options were not the best for us. Boiled eggs were offered however he found that frustrating. This is in no way a complaint. Simply a heads up. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again!"

"Overall, very good room for the price we paid. I would have preferred extra blankets and pillows in the room, but enough were provided and I didn’t ask for more. We were also welcomed by two (harmless) spiders, who we helped find happier lands down the hall. The free breakfast was okay. Good for free, so can’t complain. The property is well kept overall, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and polite. We enjoyed our stay. "

"My husband and I stayed at this establishment on March 28 &29, 2026. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodations and the cleanliness of the room. The hotel's location, conveniently situated off a major highway, was remarkably peaceful, with no noticeable noise from the highway. "Never said construction would be happening, random doors were open constantly and in the pool area, it was 34° outside. All the ice-makers were broken and you had to go to the front desk for them to get it from the kitchen. 2nd floor reeked like weed, I could’ve smoked myself, there was no accountability. The lids for the coffee didn’t even fit the cups:.."

"The main issue was that my bedroom on the 1st floor had an unlocked window so anybody could've climbed into my room through the window had I not checked it! The place had some sketchy characters outside, it often smelled like cigarette smoke in the lobby and the receptionist would smoke just a few steps outside of the lobby. The hallway smelled funky too. I also didnt like that the receptionist announced my room number out loud twice. Nowadays that's a big no-no. The hotel room number shouldn't...
