Khách sạn Milford

"The room was nice and comfortable but the cleaning staff did not clean our room or furnish clean towels until we asked for them. The front desk staff was not helpful at all and were really rude. No one would answer the phone and it took several calls to get them to answer. They also charged me a $100 deposit that was not stated on your website. I would not recommend this hotel at all."

"I’ve stayed in three different Holiday Inns this year and by far this was the worst. The first room I looked at had hair in the bed and I had fix the chain on the commode. The second room they gave my side of the bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Would not recommend this Holiday Inn!!"

"Issues with the cable box and wifi during majority of the stay. I had to do my own troubleshooting to resolve. Never staying here again."

"Very happy with our stay."

"Clean room. Quiet. Awesome breakfast!!"

"I had to book the fairly quickly for a funeral and didn’t pay much attention to the room on line, so imagine my delight when I realized it had a full size fridge, stovetop and cooking utensils. Although I did not use much of those amenities, I would have had I realized it had it. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I would book there again."

"Bed bugs. I left right after checking in and didn’t go back"

"There was mold in the shower and that’s unacceptable."

"Our stay was short, but it was a great one!"

"Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Curtains would only half close and street light was right outside our window. Big stain on couch and in elevator. We ended up leaving at 230am because we couldn't sleep."

"Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Staff are always pleasant. Our go to place to stay in Manhattan"

"Some construction/remodeling underway."

"Was quiet"

"No prestan servisio de habitación"

"My sink was clogged noticed when I went to shower, called the front desk and they said it was late for maintenance to fix I had to get some sleep so stood in that room."
