"Had to ask for a new remote for TV....also, volume was up to 50 but I had to get within 12 inches of TV to hear it !!! (Not acceptable).
Also when I got home I had an extra $10 showing on bank account even thou I had a zero balance on my receipt...when I called the front desk after leaving they could not help me because they said I booked thru "expedia.com""

"We went for a 10 year anniversary and nothing was done special to welcome us, even after my husband tried to reach out to the concierge 3 times (over a 2 week span). Instead we were put in a king room that was one of the only ones without a balcony. When we asked for a room with a balcony we were put in a double queen bedroom across from a ballroom where they started making noise at 7:15am. We ended up having to go off the resort most of the time because spa reservations were booked a month out...

"Safe and decent location.
Staff was responsive when talked to but, generally indifferent, property was relatively clean in the rooms but some trash in hallways and common areas.
If you need a place to stay a couple nights, it’s not a risky choice."

"The breakfast buffet was good and the food substantial. Omelets, potatoes, sausage, pancakes and muffins, etc. The bed was too soft and marshmallow like especially in the middle. Could have used another blanket but the heat and air worked well and was fairly quiet. Enjoyed the access to coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7."

"Staff and breakfast were amazing. Room cleanliness could have been a better but not bad. No blackout curtains. There was an event while we were there and parking was chaotic. Also it can be very loud in the rooms during events. Overall a decent place to stay. The property is beautiful."
