"After many years of Premier Inn and now other Hotels This is my first stay with a serviced apartment in this country. I must say I was not sure what to expect but knew the HUB area of MK so thought it would be OK. It was just great, a speedy and efficient way to self check in, everything was as they had explained in the email. the apartment and the block where clean tidy and looked after. "We had a wonderful stay. All the staff were excellent, professional, friendly and welcoming. Special mention for the team in Harry’s Bar and Restaurant. They were all excellent and the food was delicious!! We took our Jack Russell puppy with us and were a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews but from our experience this is a great hotel to take dogs. They’re welcome everywhere but the spa and all the staff made a fuss of him."
