"The room was clean and very well decorated. Staff was friendly and helpful. What stood out the most was the amazing location, right on the water and so close to the botanical gardens. Lots of great restaurants in the building."

"Clean room, but noisy. The tiles on the floor were very hollow and loud. As a result any shoes or chairs made loud noise which seemed to echo. The room above was loud for the same reason, I don’t think it was anything excessive the other guests were doing, rather a lack of sound proofing on part of the recent renovations. Otherwise the hotel is beautiful. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Parking was convenient and the room service food was great!"
