"Good breakfast and a clean room"

"It was hard to find where to park. The room was clean, and the staff was fine. But I was very disappointed in the amenities and the pictures of the hotel and restaurant were deceiving, they looked a lot nicer than they actual were in person. I ended up getting sick after eating dinner at the restaurant. I told the waitress about my allergies, but I am not sure if my food may have gotten cross contaminated, I would like a refund on my dinner (just what I had for dinner)."

"Property was very nice. 2 minutes down the road after you checked in it was in a very nice area. Clean room. Massive bed plenty of room only problem only get 61 channels which most are news and sports. No on demand Free movies. Nothing else on TV. Nothing to watch, especially since the town shuts down at 3:00 to 5:00 on a Saturday. The front desk had no idea about the TV. Had to contact somebody else to find out that it is what it is. No idea of anything else or anywhere else to go The TV was a big disappointment when you're stuck in the room and everything's closed. Breakfast was nice several selections to choose from to pop in the microwave and you can make fresh waffles. Front desk in the morning was a little grumpy. Guess you didn't have coffee yet.. very close to all attractions The theater was great. Performance was grease! All in all very nice place"

"Did not have breakfast but did have great coffee. Room was very nice and clean. Liked the firm/soft pillow options on each bed. Great location for the hotel. We were there just for overnight but had a very restful sleep. "

"Apparently the restaurant has a banquet hall on the lower level of the hotel. Everyone attending the baquet took all the parking which left no parking for paying hotel quest. The banquet had a band that played " loud music" to the point that your windows were shaking and you could not even hear the TV. They played until 9pm at night. No considering was given to hotel quest that had already paid for a " quiet peacefully time in Amish country". Given the fact that everything else in Amish country closes on a Saturday at 6pm. Even the restaurant closed at 8pm, what were paying hotel quests to go. I have stayed many times here and have always liked it here but , no care or concern was given to hotel quests. When i expessed my concern to staff at the desk , it was like " oh well" we just found out about it. They advertise as peace and comfort but on this stay it was not the case. I could of stayed another night at a hotel in the city. "

"Stopped here for two nights on our way home from Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Was looking forward to visiting a few places while here. After about eight hours on the road we were looking forward to a good night sleep. Couldn’t sleep here due to loud noises. Not sure if it was from people in the next room or from outside. We got up in the morning to go visit Lehman’s and Berlin seeds. We were exhausted and didn’t enjoy shopping so decided to go back to the hotel and see if we could get so sleep. Upon arrival we heard housekeeping banging on the doors yelling house keeping. When they banged on our door I had enough so we packed our bags, checked out a day early, and drove home. Will never stay at this hotel again! "

"Very spacious comfortable rooms. Was very quiet and peaceful. Sitting from downstairs that was also spacious the only thing that needs improving is more parking in front a lot of wasted blacktop that could be used for parking in front so guests don’t have to carry their baggage so far. Would definitely stay there again iif I would ever return there"
