"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Frances Modern Inn. It was a perfect location for our needs. And our suite was very clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the keyless entry to the property and our room and the complimentary water and sparkling water in our room. There is limited on site parking but such was only a minor inconvenience. "

"Property was amazing. I was comfortable from the second I entered the door. The bed was comfy, the den felt like I was at home. The wireless audio system made hosting guests easy. I have zero complaints about this properties."

"Great room!! Got an upgrade. Comfortable & roomy!! Great location. Did not hear any noise! Enjoyed food and drink in upstairs bar. Sat outside on patio and enjoyed the atmosphere 😊 "

"Rose at check in, was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to communicate with me regarding reservation issues, that were out of her control, and was simply so sweet when I checked in! She also helped with information about surrounding areas. "
"Nice property in downtown Austin that's walkable to the 6th Street nightlife. The pool is very, very small. Don't expect to do much swimming. It's mainly for relaxing. Breakfast was good."
