"Nice owners, speak very little English.
On the positive side...
Excellent Wifi
Good Breakfast
Nice view of the valley
Good Shutter to keep dark
On the less good side...
Well overdue for a facelift - very dated
Pokie room
Cramped bathroom
Poor quality shower
Overall a satisfactory experience"
"This is a wonderful, family run hotel. Bed and Breakfast with free car parking. There's a slight incline from the CP to the hotel, so be warned if you are frail. The bedroom we had, included a balcony which over looked the hills behind. There are no coffee/ tea making facilities. But we expected that, as we always bring our own. Bathroom is very clean. "The initial check in was a little confusing, as the self serve process was new, and my two months ago payment wasn’t received. After a phone call it was rectified.
Once in the room, it was very clean and comfortable. I would have liked to see some sheer curtains on the windows, not just the black out one. Anyone from the opposite building, or from the street, has a good view of you when you by the window.

"Hotel is in excellent location for travelling within the "Romantic Rhine". Beautiful room and breakfast provided was just fabulous. We will be returning next trip to Germany."
"This one is a hidden gem!
The service quality it top tier, as you would expect from a "Fineschmecker" awarded restaurant.
The rooms are rustical, extremely clean, with black-out courtains (for me a crucial point to get a great night sleep). Breakfast service is great, sufficient variaty.
Even if the location is semi-secluded, you will be rewarded by birds singing in the morning, when going on the terasse.
