"Room was ideal as a disabled person, shower room etc… however was a long walk ( ground floor ideal though)..
Very Clean & staff were very supportive "

"This is poorly cleaned.I found some under wear from a previous customer left in the room looking dirty and horibly left.after the bed looked changed and shinny. This is embarrasing and made me feel sick and horrible. I complained but my room was not changed, the underwear was taken away but nothing else was done.never seen this before,disturbing scene indeed"
