We were in town for a concert and needed a room. Room was very clean and modern! My only complaint was the parking. The hotel only offers valet if you want to park through them. There are public lots but it’s first come first serve. The parking lot is small so be prepared to stop in the street.

The location was great! Close to the river walk and a bunch of fun bars and restaurants. The room was very clean, the staff were great and the bartender was fun and knowledgeable. The parking is offered through valet service and it is pretty pricey which was my only issue. Other than that, it was overall a fantastic experience.

Very close to downtown activities. Very hard to get into the parking lot during busy times, cars were backed up onto the street. Terrible ammonia odor upon entering lobby. Receptionist was very polite and helpful, room was nice and clean. 1 ply toilet paper… Really?Very noisy evening and early morning outside made sleeping difficult at times Checkout was easy, Valet parking went smoothly.

Great place to stay with pets! Lots of dog amenities and a nice outdoor grassy area right on the river. It is less expensive than other hotels in the area but other than the pet friendly amenities it did seem kind of basic compared to the others. Definitely clean and comfortable, and great location.

The good - clean room, comfortable bed, quiet (we faced the interior courtyard), pet friendly with no fee, great location for Fiserv. The bad - breakfast was a charge and valet parking service was horrible - we waited 30 minutes for our car (we were told 5-10 min) although they repeatedly said they were “working on it” but then told us they had messed up and didn’t have our phone number registered to the car. And they charged us $50 for overnight (we were told $40)! So poorly run and made us late.
