When I booked the room on line it said free breakfast. Then when I got there and they said I get 20 percent off at the attaching IHOP instead of the free breakfast. No where on line did it say that.
Then the air conditioner only worked a little. The room was warm and stuffy. Room 313. There were no directions on how to get ahold of the front desk On the phone. I pressed the button for the front desk and that did not work.
There were no ice or soda machines on our floor. There was some I saw behind the check in desk. Which was a long way from our room. But was not told this. The pool and hot tube were shut down for service. I was not told that when I booked.
The TV had so many missing channels and no guide except on the TV and those channels did not match the guide.
Then when I checked in the bill I signed up for did not match the rate I booked in. They said I would get a rebate. After I checked out. I also did not get any email correspondence from them.
So many things were bad. This is not the standard of a Holliday Inn.
