The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The IHOP next door was very convenient, but we were led to believe that there was breakfast included with our room. That was very disappointing,

Pool closed too early, we had ants in the room. We found finger nails clippings around the edge of bed. Otherwise it was average property.

TV in the room was broken, bathroom shower handle broken. I felt like we were staying in the hood, alot of chaos around pool area until after 2am. Was not worth the money to stay here. Staff was friendly & bed was comfortable. I would not stay here again. Floors in the common area were wet, ice machine down.

The property is nice and you discount at I-hop. The hot water takes a longtime to get to the faucet. One of the two elevators (alternated) was always having problems causing discomfort about using.

Area and location of the hotel were great. Ice machines were not working and neither was one of the elevators. Many people at 10:30 at night trying to get to rooms after a MLB Brewers game.

No continental breakfast even though they advertise it. Front desk said they haven’t had for a long time so not sure why they still advertise it. Lots of people hanging around outside even had one ask me if I could get them a room. Glad husband was with me or I would have never checked in as didn’t seem safe.

Tried to charge extra fees upon arrival. Was put in a room with only about 1/4 of a window. Building was not secured, anyone could just walk in. Staff was rude. Ants in room. Furniture in room was falling apart. No continental breakfast. Hot tub was uninviting. Outside of building was dirty, falling apart, and full of garbage. Water barely got warm enough to shower. Shower very tight area barely enough room.

When I checked in at 10:00pm, They told me they had no water, no running elevator. After caring my suitcase up the steps and getting into my room, I walked into a room that had not been cleaned, at all. Carried my luggage back down the stairs, and had to do it all over again. No compensation whatsoever.
