Checkin was quick as staff helpful & professional. Hotel was clean. This hotel is updated and you can tell it is older. Very busy lobby but vibrant and welcoming. We enjoyed the parking ramp next to hotel and you could walk through the tunnel to the hotel- you didn’t have to go out on the street. .

Room was clean and comfy, staff were great. Miller time pub was fun! The ice machine on our floor was emptied out but I was able to get ice on one level below ours. The elevators couldn’t handle all of the guests as they weren’t all working and there were many people staying. All was acceptable I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of those minor inconveniences but over all was true Hilton quality. Beautiful place.
