The suite was excellent and had a kitchen with complete dish sets. We ordered food from across the street and were able to reheat it! The breakfast was great. The pool needed to close because a group of people left it wet, with towels in the pool, and dirty, and the incident was monitored too late.

Great hotel for a stay with a family. Hotel room with kitchenette, separate living room space, bed(s) and bathroom allowed us to spread out and get some space. Comfy beds, great bathrooms. Excellent breakfasts with an array of options. Located next to I-43, it was easy to get to our destinations. Would stay here again!

The staff was exceptional. Not only were they accommodating and knowledgeable, but they were personable, caring, friendly, and genuine. The room was fine as well, but the personnel is what made the stay truly memorable.

Very nice hotel.

I was very impressed with the hotel. All of the staff were very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. It was probably the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Milwaukee. Breakfast was very good.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great with lots of healthy options. My family liked the room setup, but the pool didn't seem to have a heater and the fitness center lock didn't seem to work. Also, there were sets of weights missing.

Overall good

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The nicest woman welcomed us at the front desk the evening we checked in. The room was spacious, well equipped and overall appeared clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also quite spacious but needed some attention and updating. One towel was not clean, the base of the shower had some mold/mildew and needed to be recaulked and the toilet paper holder was loose and kept dumping the toilet paper on the floor. The breakfast was great - more options than most places and quite good. We would stay here again but ask for a room with an updated bathroom.

I really wanted to enjoy this property, and by all means the staff did try to make it as good as possible. However there are some serious staffing and management issues that need to be addressed. Additionally there needs to be more accountability in terms of them be forthcoming regarding their current issues. • No internet during the entirety of my stay - Apparently it had gone out over the weekend and could not be fixed. This was not communicated to me in anyway and caused me massive issues considering I was there on a business trip. • Lack of organization and follow up - Multiple times I would request something over the phone or in person and would be told I would get a follow up. None of that ever happened though. • I was without a bathtub drain plug the entire stay despite asking 3 separate days for it. So I was unable to take a bath. • I requested towels on multiple occasions and each time I was told that either they were not ready or they had no one to bring them up to my room. • I waiting over an hour past my checkin time for a room to be available for me. Which granted I was given a free room upgrade which I appreciated. However having to wait in the lobby for “just 5 more minutes” for an hour got very tiresome. • Front desk was very often unattended at night. Meaning I was unable to purchase anything or follow up on any requests. • There was additional issues regarding incorrect booking dates and lack of communication as well.

Walls in the shower were dirty, room was almost out of toilet paper and when i asked at the front desk i was told "I dont think we have any" followed up 5 minutes later with a guy knocking on my door with a roll looking like he was annoyed i asked for it. Random sticky spots all over the room isnt very comforting either.
