I did see pets coming and going, which is great. My room was clean but I did not like being unable to control the mini-fridge temp. Drinks weren't kept very cold.

The Knickerbocker on the Lake
Loved this hotel! There is a parking lot- $20 per night, staff were very friendly and kind, the hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable and the rooms had a nice size fridge, stove And plenty of closet space. Drury Plaza Hotel Milwaukee Downtown
15th floor corner room and spectacular view of the downtown and the Milwaukee River. Great location and amenities with a super helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
