"Our smart tv did not work so the guy came over but could not really fix it so went back to his office and brought back a new component to help but even then we could not see local channels and tv kept pixelating. We watched YouTube the night we were there as couldn’t watch local channels. Also the tap in sink in bathroom felt like it was going to come apart so we were very careful turning it on and off each time."

"The lake view room was actually sooo much better than the photos on the website. It was a fabulous way to end a camping roadtrip that consisted of wind, rain and cold - felt very luxurious. The restaurant/bar area was amazing with a blazing fire and wrap around glass windows for the view. And don’t forget happy hour Mojitos 😊 One night was most certainly NOT enough"

"A couple of minor things our room wasn't cleaned although clean towels were left. Admittedly the lady attempted to clean the room but we weren't quite ready . We were only there two nights so we were ok. The toaster was faulty."

"The resort was nicely maintained with good parking. We had a room with 2 x double beds which were very comfortable and clean. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap provided, towels were adequate but not much water pressure in the shower. There was a nice pool, mini golf course and kids playground. Has a coffee shop, bar and restaurant. We found the dinner menu a bit $$$ but very close to other eateries. As it was not the busy season the breakfast buffet was not available but you could order from the Cafe. Location was excellent just out of the main shopping centre so was lovely and quiet for sleeping. The staff were very nice and helpful."
