"Very clean. Friendly and responsive staff."

"Our stay was great but we had an issue checking in. The front desk person was very unhelpful. I will say she was very busy checking people in but her customer service skills were lacking. She couldn't find our reservation. I had to call Expedia customer support and have them call her. Our reservation was there but she had scrolled right on past my name and insisted I had no reservation."

"everything was great, we did see one small roach in the bathroom but it was cold and the only one we saw so I don't think the hotel staff can be to blame for that. Other than that everything was clean and maintained well. We loved our stay!"

"The manager was training a male employee when we checked in. He was extremely helpful and courteous. She was very rude to him in front of us. If I were him I would have quit on the spot. The pool area was discussing. We were going to sit by the pool but there was soooo much algae and mildew on the concrete and chairs we were u able to sit. We will not go back there."

"Great location, safety features - doors locked after sundown you must use your key to enter property and use elevator. Good breakfast. Ample parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Suite very well maintained and comfortable."

"The property was quiet, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bartenders were great as well as the staff at the restaurant. The food was good and the chicken wings were my fave. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Alpharetta. In a quiet spot but still close enough to the Avalon and Downtown Alpharetta."

"I love the place , the hotel is amazing , clean and very well maintained. The staff are exceptional and very welcoming and supportive."

"Overall, it was a great experience for the price. A nice clean room, a nice bed. Quiet. Not a lot of parking, but I got a good spot. I did get up at 5:45 AM. They said there would be breakfast ready by 6 AM, and by 6:20 AM there was no breakfast ready. Didn’t bother me cause I didn’t want it, but just wanted to let the Property know. But again, clean safe nice easily accessible. Great deal for the price."

"Overall the hotel amenities were okay…. The hotel’s rooftop restaurant food, was not very good and overpriced. The best part of dining there was the friendly staff and the music being played. Inside the room was clean. But, there was a strong smell. At first, I thought it was coming from the pipes, I recognize that it was probably coming from the refrigerator and microwave area. Also, I noticed there were black cotton light materials landing in the tub and on the sink surface. I imagine it was...
