"Our Fuji Exress train got cancelled because of Typhoon and we couldn’t find any other way because all the other ways of transport were close due to typhoon so we couldn’t find any other way to get there at Kawaguchiko. We called the hotel to cancel and refund but they didn’t even listen to us. The staff who picked up the phone didn’t speak English well and he said he cannot cancel or refund. So we waisted 300 dollars worth of stay for not even being there and something which was out of our control. I would not recommend booking this hotel in advance. Very rude staff on the phone."

"Mt Fuji smiled at us from our hotel window. We were walking distance to many shops, the big bus depot, and Fuji-Q, the amazing roller coaster paradise. Staff were kind."

"I loved that there was a balcony, great view of Fuji! Onsen is nice, I liked bathing in the evening, so peaceful, they do have vending machines in the basement. Free Shuttle bus from kawaguchiko station and back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff was very helpful!"

"We loved staying here! Our favorite hotel of our entire trip and we were only there one night! The view of mt Fuji was amazing from the front of the hotel!!! The staff were so helpful too. We were confused by how to access the closest train station, and one of the staff walked all the way outside to show us exactly where to go. He was so so sweet! Also, our room was nice and spacious. Which I feel like is hard to find in Japan! The room was very clean! We were able to get a massage at the spa as well and that was amazing!! The prices felt very reasonable (compared to america haha) The only thing that was hard is it felt kinda hard to find a taxi or uber from here. If you can figure out the route to the nearest train station/bus that will help a ton to get to all the fuji attractions! 10/10 would stay here again!!"
