"Amazing service overall They have a timed shuttle service from Kawaguchiko St. - Hotel, which is really convenient, I didn't know about this and took a bus when first arrived 😂 either way was easy to do check-in and checkout and move around the area, the Kawaguchiko station is near so you can also walk, good breakfast, clean rooms and location "

"We drove to Hoshinoya Fuji, as it was dark, the entry towards the check-in area is very easy to missed, suggest to have more road sign leading towards the resort. Once we checked in, there is a car to pick us up to our room up the mountain. The view of Fuji is stunning, if you are lucky enough to see it. Room and breakfast service are great, and so are the amenities in the resort. Booking for activities got to be done by 6pm the day before (no exception can be made). Was really interested in...

"Room spotless. Comfort beds. A bit dusappointed that becsuse we didn't go with the dinner package tgst we could not eat in the hotel except to order room service. There are a lot of other restaurants within driving distance though. I highly revommend '38 Kawaguchiko', a quaint Italian place owned by a sweet coipke with outstanding food. In pics, it looks like there is an outside hot tub but there is not. I asked a man for an extra pillow one evening ( the heavier man) and he said there were...
