"Had the most amazing stay here. Booked a mother daughter massage that was perfection. Hotel has unbeatable location. Everything about it is great. The only thing i wish I had asked for was a room higher up only because we could hear the occasional train passing by. Otherwise, great location, spacious rooms, wonderful spa, and yummy breakfast. "Close to Osaka station. This is a large hotel with all the comforts and amenities that go with that. Convenient for an overnight before flying out. "

"Hotel is brand new and very conveniently located near Osaka Umeda station. While the room is typical Japanese business hotel, it had everything needed. The best part was the great communal bath on the 4th floor and the breakfast on the top floor. View was nice and even has a swimming pool, unfortunately too cold in November for a dip."

"The stay was amazing, the staff even let us stay later for late checkout at 2pm since our flight didn’t leave till later. The bedrooms are comfortable and we had the best beautiful views. The head bartender at 36 is such a great and wholesome guy. We love swissotel and all the staff. Many blessings to you all and I hope we can stay again at your beautiful hotel. "Great location, right next to Kitigawa station. Family mart next door and tons of restaurants in close proximity. Room was comfortable and the hotel had a fancy vibe. Restaurant in the hotel was not great, but good if you're in a pinch"
