"最初に入ったお部屋がエアコンが効かなくて、暑さのせいなのかな？と我慢して夜になったが、とうとうエアコンが止まってしまいました。そこでフロントに伝えて部屋を変えて貰えましたが、猛暑日だったのでかなり辛かったです。もっと早く言えば良かったけれど、故障なのかどうかが分からなかったので。メンテナンスは気をつけて欲しいです。
入浴施設併設はとても良かったのと、ロビーでのフリードリンク提供はとても良かったです。お部屋も清潔で綺麗でした。"

"One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. Really cool place with amazing private amenities. Stayed here since it was close to a concert venue. Did not disappoint. The breakfast is a smaller kaiseki style meal. More traditional, may not suit everyone’s taste. But room service meals were also really good! Wanted something smaller to eat as late dinner. Would definitely stay here again if I ever needed to be in the area."
