7-11 across street, lots of restaurants a block away, great location. Nicest reception I think I've ever seen. Breakfast was spectacular, staff were amazing and friendly. I didn't read the fine print about the spa pool not allowing children but beyond that - excellent experience.

It was very clean and the amenities were excellent. Situated in a fairly quiet neighbourhood with a view of the park. It was walking distance to a shopping mall. Their staff was very helpful in every way as we needed a lot of help being non Japanese speaking. Their bath and sauna were also very well equipped.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is good if from airport or go to airport. Just the apps show you the swimming pool and other function room which is not really included, you have to pay extra for access as they are not included in your booking.

Room: 4 person family room with 4 twin beds. Staff was extremely helpful, location convenient and not too busy. Pajamas, slippers and toiletries appreciated. Beds and couch very comfortable. The room was quiet, and furnished nicely, and we appreciated the decor. It felt very welcoming. Things that are due to be replaced: Bedspreads, ottomans, and the frame around the bathroom mirror, and the windowsill wallpaper. There is a step up into the bathroom, so it requires caution. Breakfast buffet was delicious, but the carpet in that room has some uneven spots that can cause tripping if you are not wary. We enjoyed the check in lounge on the upper floor with beverages and crackers as a daily perk. I would stay here again in the future. We really enjoyed the amazing, helpful, and kind staff. I would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

Everything was excellent. Cleaner was so thorough and washed our Pyjamas everyday although they were out of sight. The only disappointment was the swimming pool is available only as part of spa access which costs 35000 yen per day on special.

I would consider this a five-star hotel! The staff was friendly, accommodating and the surrounding area is clean and walkable. We shipped our luggage to the hotel and they were already in our room when we arrived. The rooms are very spacious (also full-sized bathtub) with snacks and drinks provided in the small fridge (also wine was provided for weary travelers). We were able to check-in early, which was greatly appreciated. There is a nice park just across the street with a number of restaurant choices nearby. Would definitely recommend!!
