This hotel is really good at a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are good size and clean. Definitely recommend

Wonderful stay in Nagoya

Fantastic stay in Nagoya! Very conveniently located from downtown. The entire staff at the hotel were soo welcoming. Breakfast was also very tasty. Thank you very much

Great last minute stay

Great location from station. Walking distance to Science museum and ton of shopping areas. Would stay here again.

Hotel needs better trained staff.

Untrained & arrogant staff. The bell Desk booked the wrong taxi leading to delay & extra costs. He is Untrained for the job he is tasked for. The FO Manager was rude & arrogant. When asked to speak to his manager, said he is the highest ranking person the guest can talk to! Never seen such arrogance in the hospitality sector. And that too in Japan. Rooms are dated but ok & location is nice. Avoid rooms on lower floors as they have no view.
