"We never got the room that we booked. The first time we were told that they didn’t have us listed in that building however they did show we were booked so they put us in another building that was supposed to be similar. The other building ADN was nice but the floors were dirty, there was foul odor coming out of the pipes, bedroom was not private like in the pictures, there was a ripped on the pillow and the stuffing was coming out. "The hotel put us in room 1002. Check in was fine, and the evening was fine, but the next morning, the sun shined into our window, so I wanted to turn on the A/C. Nope! The manager said that part of the hotel does not have A/C. None of the rooms in that section of the hotel have A/C. I was very upset! The best they could do is provide a portable fan. Unacceptable! That same morning we were scheduled to check out, so of course I was not about to change rooms. The hotel should have told us that those rooms in that part of the hotel did NOT have A/C. They did not offer anything (free breakfast or free drinks) as a compensation. Poor judgement on their part!"
