"Everything was great. We actually came here from walking out at a different hotel. This was a great place to stay with the family. "

"Microwave was extremely dirty everything in the room had dust shower curtain was dirty fridge had tape holding the shelves up in it toilet took forever to flush bathroom amenities where used and some didn't have lids on them like the shower soap but the dust was the main thing it looked like the room had been vacant for months unfortunately I couldn't get my refund back or I would have left in a heartbeat"

"The location is kind of awkward. I had pre-registered online which didn’t mean a thing once I got there I had to pay a $50 hotel fee that supposedly someday I will get back. The breakfast was bare. Basics in the room was just as basic definitely would would not go back"

"Upon arrival, the room was clean, but the King bed was broken. The King mattress had visibly deep indentations on both sides of the bed, at least 8 inches deep that went to the boxspring. When we spoke the receptionist at the desk about the matress; her response was "Sorry." Your reservation was made through Expedia, an outside party."

There was no microwave in the room. I don’t consider a microwave an exceptional amenity anymore. Don’t remember staying anywhere without one for years. "First room we were given had torn curtains and needed to be swept. Elevator was broken all three days. Sign on door to stairs said to bring dirty towels to front desk to exchange for new ones. Never saw anyone from housekeeping. Only positive was exceptional service from breakfast lady. "

"I stayed 2 nights. The breakfast was good the first day. Empty the second day It wasn't refilled no hot water, cereal was empty. The bed had a problem with the mattress. It would move off the box spring. "
