Everything was great, only downside was I got a balcony room with a view specifically only to find out that they lock the balconies shut during the winter so you cannot use them.

the walls are paper thin. You can hear every single thing in the next room. The beds are very confortable and the staff is very nice. The only problem was they seem to have cheated out on insulation .
