"The smell of urine was in the room upon arrival. We dropped our stuff and headed out to a concert right away, we were running late. We contacted Expedia when we got back to our room, they said contact the property. Expedia also tried to contact the Motel several times, and no one answered the phone after several attempts. "1. Ordered 2 things from off the menu from the restaurant. They got the order wrong. 2. Checked in. Received room key. Room was dirty and beds not made up. 3. Received a key card for a new room. Card did not open door to the room."

"Great place to stay. I expected a lot less. The room was small but the bathroom was roomy. The check in was easy and the woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The price was a bit high but Saturday in Milford, it’s not herd to understand. The room was very clean and the property is well kept. The owners take pride in their motel. Glad I stayed."

"The room was spacious, clean and in great condition. It looked as if the room was recently renovated. Check in was super easy and the staff was beyond friendly and very helpful. The mattress was to firm for my liking and the AC kept going on and off even though I had it set to high, only negatives. Overall a great stay and highly recommend!!"

"Wonderful setting; hosts Joe and Bill are fantastic. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The grounds charmed us and are wonderfully kept. The only issue is that the room we had needs a deep cleaning. Tons of dust on the overhead frame of the bed as well as large amounts of dust bunnies on parts of the ceiling and walls. However the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Highly recommend the Inn as a great place to stay."

"We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. He said there were no such rooms available and gave me a double room which I did not need charged me nearly $20 more after taxes. "Absolute experience on at the hotel. There was a power outage for almost 5 hours and none of the staff given any solutions, there is no backup plans, no assistant provided. Not even a flashlight or a candle that was given."
