The Lobby was stunning. The room clean and comfortable. The location was walkable to many restaurants and the Stone Arch Bridge.

Hyatt Place Minneapolis Downtown
The hotel over booked rooms so we had to settle for a smaller bed that didn't work for us after I had already prepaid. If I had known they would do that I would not have stayed here it was extremely unprofessional. Our room had no hand soap and drawers left open.
