"The first room was a bit dirty upon arrival and my boyfriend and I were upgraded to a suite. The man at the desk for check in upgraded us without us even asking, and the original view and room was perfect besides the bathroom. I loved our welcome here and even though we missed breakfast, it smelt amazing. I cannot wait to come back for another stay and I recommend the Vittoria. The pool and hot tub are also very clean with stocked towels and a nice gym!"

"I loved this place! It was clean and quiet, with great design taste that made you feel like you were living in the 1900s. Everything was beautiful and full of history. We stayed in the penthouse — it was spacious and stunning. The jacuzzi was amazing and made for such a relaxing experience. It’s also within walking distance to the Falls and Clifton Hill. I would definitely recommend staying here! "

"My daughter and I took a weekend trip to Niagara Falls, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Serene Niagara Inn. The atmosphere was peaceful, and our bed was extremely comfortable. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We loved having breakfast in the morning, and the inn's proximity to the falls was a definite plus. I hope to return in the summer or fall and will definitely stay at the Serene Niagara Inn again!"

"We booked this through Expedia. Prior to booking, I read all the details for extra charges etc. It mentioned a $10 admin charge payable at check in We provided a CC for the deposit and I expected the Admin charge to be added. Upon check out, I received an email detailing a $30 per night charge for parking, billed to my CC. We weren't told this at check in, it also wasn't anwhere in the details on the Expedia posting. We did not have an issue paying for parking, just be upfront so we are not...
