We booked our stay while they were in the middle of remodeling. The staff was super helpful and we were able to park near our room to avoid the construction. The pool was SO cold we could hardly dip our feet in. The kids tried to swim but the water was freezing. The breakfast was ok, it was clear because of the remodel things were more limited than they normally would be. Also our room door was really difficult to close, we had to slam it shut and the kids couldn't even open it, hopefully that will be taken care of in the remodel.

We had a fantastic stay at Rebel! It has a relaxed atmosphere and all the staff seem happy which is nice to see. The gentleman at the front desk/ running the bar was very welcoming and always available if you needed help. I could go on about the positives— great pool area, great breakfast, comfortable beds.. etc! Downsides are the rooms are not a consistent temperature through the night, either too hot or too cold. It’d be nice to have an AC that can maintain a temperature. A fan in the bathroom is also a consideration, In the same vain, recycling in the breakfast area and more obvious recycling in the rooms would be nice. It’s clear these are all little things, as it was such a nice place even in the midst of construction throughout the hotel interior! Will definitely come back when given the chance, thank you!

I feel this hotel has gone downhill. Stayed in it years ago and now its just okay. Outside appearance showed they just don't care weeds everywhere. Just okay inside. Very dissappointing.

Not what I was expecting! This hotel used to be kind of a dive but has definitely improved. The room was clean , the bed was very comfortable along with the pillows. We were traveling with our pet so we were given an outside door access from the room. Most pet friendly rooms are not as nice but this one was great. And also can’t say enough about the breakfast. Something for everyone! Will be coming back for sure!

The room was updated and clean the front desk staff was helpful. Breakfast was a standard eggs, sausage, waffles. The walls are paper thin and could hear my neighbours snoring or walking around the room (artwork on the walls shoot when people walked around the room). The hallways had some debris like someone ran into the wall or something and the staff was vaping in the rooms while cleaning. Pool was good for kids, it was dated and needs some TLC. But overall it was good for kids (deep end around 4ft deep) I enjoyed the live band on Sunday and the atmosphere at the hotel was relaxing.

The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was great! They had a great variety of items on the breakfast and great coffee. The hallways and stairs needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. The pool area was nice but definitely needs an update. The room was comfortable but the floor was sticky. It needed to be washed since our socks turned black. I would choose an alternate spot next time.

I was a bit leary based on older reviews, however the hotel was recently remodeled. Our room was poolside and very accommodating. The pool was amazing and this will be our go to hotel as a family. The breakfast was incredible, no complaints from the kids! Will definitely be recommending to friends!

Was advised check in was at 3pm. Arrived with our 1&3 year olds at 3:15. Told our room wasn’t cleaned yet & the cleaners were on lunch until likely 4. Room had no shampoo or conditioner Room had no linens for pull out bed. Other than that, stay was enjoyable due to company time was spent with. Enjoy the pool area and the basement where you can enjoy time with friends without impacting others stay later at night.

Jacob and Richard and Ed were the only staff that were friendly and courteous. Our check-in was horrific. Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted regarding compensation for the inconvenience. Never heard a word and upon follow up told sorry we aren’t the manager. Were in room 109 and the door needed to be body checked to close. Richard we met the first day, he was extremely helpful and catering. He told us he was just temporary helping out from Arizona.
