"I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
When we first checked into our king room, we immediately found a cockroach in the bathroom and noticed a decent size hole in the ceiling. After reporting the issues, the staff moved us to a different room. However, the replacement room was a lower-tier room, and despite the inconvenience and downgrade, no refund, discount, or compensation was offered.
The property also appeared poorly maintained. There were multiple spiders and dead bugs around the building entrances, which created a very unclean impression.
To make matters worse, several advertised amenities were unavailable. The pool was broken, and much of the breakfast equipment was out of service, making the complimentary breakfast disappointing.
Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance issues, lack of functioning amenities, and poor handling of the situation made for a very negative experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others."
