"Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali."

"This property is conveniently located next door to the airport (literally). They have 24/7 free shuttle. The breakfast is fresh and tasty, the staff is pleasing and caring. Without a doubt I would stay here next time travel to Cali. Overall, 5 Stars service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Breakfast was very poor just a pair of bags with plain bread. We asked for butter multiple times they never had butter. There were several of us on this trip some other stayed at other hotels that were cheaper and they got full real breakfast with cheese, butter and eggs with arepas. They need to get better with breakfast."

"Excelente servicio"

"I was supposed to receive free breakfast, that is one of the main reasons why I booked the property, but I was told by staff that I have to pay a fee and I was charged all three days I stayed. I ended up ordering from RAPPI which is their version of door dash which was much better!"

"Las atenciones fueron de primera en especial de parte de el encargado muy atento , amable , buen trato , me encantó realmente las atenciones y la propiedad . Volvería !!"

"This property was conveniently in proximity to the mall and the jardin plaza, however the hotel rooms do not have any complimentary tea everything you wanted you will have to buy. The breakfast was okay the variety just isn’t huge however if you are a bread lover you will highly enjoy overall a good day if you are not planning to be there long term and are a minimalist"

"NO ME DIERON MI RESERVACIÓN YA QUE ESTABA DUPLICADA Y NO HABÍA LUGAR ESTOY ESPERANDO EL REEMBOLSO DE HOTELES..COM que me cobró por ADELANTADO. Además la ciudad estaba saturada por alta demanda de gente y gasté mucho en taxis en encontrar donde quedarme"

"Excellent Breakfast, Great Location, Big Clean Rooms. Staff is not to friendly but they are serviceble."
