Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The front staff lady was so kind and helped carry our heavy bags into the door and loaded them onto a cart for us to help transport to our room. Excellent location, very close to the ferry terminal and downtown. Beautiful views from the 12th floor as well! The staff was very helpful and provided ample supplies.
