"I was charged in advance 15 euros per night for linen (60 euros total). for the sofa bed in the apartment. There was only 2 of us in the apartment. When we arrived there was no linen on the sofa bed and after 7 calls they finally brought the linen 5 hours later and after 10 pm. The apartment has no heat and was freezing cold. "Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, close to all attractions. Only downfall was the room was small, no room to open larger suitcase. "

"Nettes Appartment, zentral gelegen, sauber. Etwas laut nachts wegen dem Verkehr, bei uns aber nicht so schlimm, da wegen der Corona Krise deutlich weniger Besucher in Lissabon waren. Zu normalen Zeiten wahrscheinlich noch viel lauter. Beim Check in per mail hatte uns man das falsche Appartment mitgeteilt mit dem Zugangscode, der funktionierte, so dass wir Zugang zu einem schon belegten Appartment hatten. Nach kurzem Anruf wurde uns dann ein anderes Appartment mit anderem Code mitgeteilt. Ich...
