"Susanne and Mauro were the most accommodating and kind hosts. The studio was very clean, and they made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. My kids loved the Studio so much, they asked to stay there forever, and cried when we left! Location was amazing. "The room, bathroom and the hotel as a whole are extremely clean. Location is excellent as it's one of the main streets of the city. The pastel de nata which they offer is a huge bonus- this is a must try if it's your first time visiting Portugal. During my stay in Lisbon, I was sadly pickpocketed, leaving me without a phone. The staff at LX Arch Hotel were amazing, as they went above and beyond in providing me with computer facilities, access to a phone to make calls, as well as directing me to the best police station to file a report of the theft. I wouldn't wish what happened to me upon anyone but just know that anybody who does stay at this hotel is in great hands. They will do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible, even when things go wrong. "
