"I booked this hotel for 3/14-3/15 and somehow there was a glitch in the system and it booked it for 3/12 which I was in a totally different state. Expedia is saying even though it was a glitch on their system they have to ask the hotel for a refund. I have called the hotel and spoke with dev and Jay and they both said they approved the refund. "Best experience. The staff were tremendously helpful and supportive. We received tremendous help from Venessa and Samantha for kids and family. Breakfast is good. But one thing to mention - only pork items - no chicken/ turkey in 2 days. Overall great 😃"

"The tile shower in my room was in poor repair. Cracked tile that had a very large caulk joint to keep it from leaking. Poor caulking around the base of shower. The looks of the shower made you not enjoy it. Loose tiles in the floor when you walked. Carpet in the room wasn’t vacuumed very well. "

"Housekeeping kept coming into the room unannounced 2x, hot water took longer to come on, the fridge in the room was leaking water and not working, and the light by the bedside was flickering."

"The location was close to the even which was the reason for choosing the place. The location was good, away from the highway and train station. However, I was not impressed by the service. I asked the front office to change my towels twice in the morning before we left to the event. However, the towels were NOT changed upon return; I had to go down to pick up new towels. "Near most of everything downtown related to San Antonio, took walks around the neighborhood and neighbors were friendly. No complaints from host. House was neat and had everything we needed!"
