"Rooms are shabby. Old, really bad. Unsafe - no personnel on site. Parking was in an open, unmanned garage in forth floor with no access to elevators for hotel guests. All contact is through text messages. No elevators. Felt like a 2-star property. Miles away from what is advertised on the internet. We felt cheated. It felt like a dress delivered which is old and torn with the vendor refusing to refund the money. There are at least 10 properties nearby which are ten times better at the same cost."

"Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!"

"Loved the location nice stroll down to Beale, lots to explore and see nearby. We stayed two nights and didn’t use our vehicle at all. The hotel is wonderful, quiet, clean, staff so friendly, highly recommend you stay at Arrive when visiting Memphis."

"We loved the lodge decor and spacious room. It was so quiet we slept very well on a comfortable king size bed. The only concern was there weren’t enough choices for restaurants in the complex. Driving through Memphis was not a good option so we ate at Wahlburgers twice and then didn’t eat anymore during our stay. The staff were very friendly and prompt with any questions we had. We asked for the concierge but they said there wasn’t one. That was a little disappointing. There were no maps of the...

"Great location. The garage was also very convenient but need air conditioning in the elevators. It was summertime and stifling in the elevators."

"This hotel is absolutely amazing. Everything is clean and fresh smelling. The carpets look brand new and the room were so clean. Parking is gated and right by the back entrance. Unfortunately it cost over $30 a night. Which what you have to pay for the rooms there should be free parking. The pool is real nice and inside so you do not have to worry about sun or weather. But because it is inside if you get a lot of kids in there you will not be able to stay in there because it is entirely too loud...

"I love the Westin but this one needs some love. This place needs a deep clean. The carpets are dingy, there is a lingering smell. There was a weird dip in the bathroom floor and a shower curtain that doesn’t fit the Westin aesthetic. Water was not stopped by the curtain as it was too short. Water pulled in the floor. Unfortunate."
