"Best hotel I've stayed in a long time - such character, spacious, clean and the food was excellent. My favorite part was a little kitchen area for guests with tea & coffee, drinks, snacks, home made cookies each afternoon. Highly recommend the Fairview Inn. "

"Location, location, location!! Location was safe and close to freeways, hospital and restaurants. I loved the swimming pool and the patio area. The room was exceptional with refrigerator and other appliances. Breakfast was tasty. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again."

"Great location, friendly staff, clean, convenient. Only issue was the door to the room was sticking and would not close without really pulling it firmly. I’m surprised they hadn’t noticed that before."

"At a first glance, the LEDs were nice, but became annoying since there was no way to fully turn them off when we wanted. There were no actual lights by the jacuzzi. The bed creaked loudly at light movements. The thermostat said it was 65° inside when it most definitely was not. The bed pillows were small and uncomfortable. There were roaches in the bathroom shower. The smart TV was nice to have. The jacuzzi worked fine, although the water pressure could've been higher to fill it quicker...

"The building is very nicely appointed. The room was spacious with all amenities including a towel warmer. We enjoyed the location near the Civil Rights Museum. Staff was very warm and welcoming."

"06/07 Check in and out Our check in lady was great and on point from the time we came til she left. I hate I didn’t get her name. We came out of town to do a pool party for my Daughter who turned 13 and it was a success. Housekeeping could have been better the bathroom was no all that clean and the carpet felt really dirty. "Hotel was alright, walking in initially was very hot, front desk lady was friendly. Room itself definitely needed some updating everything seemed a little out of date, will say they gave 3 free cocktails per person at the bar which was nice."

"The first room toilet was filthy inside and out. The floor looked like it was never mopped. The supposedly clean towels were stained. The security door was broken and the handle was duct taped. I asked for towels and was told to bring my dirty ones to the front desk first! I told her that wasn't my job! Shower curtain just as dirty. Showered with it open. Never again"

"The body wash bottle was empty and I jerked it off the wall accidentally. I went down at 8:45 to order food that was open until 9 pm and he told me he was not taking any more orders"
