"An unforgettable stay!
I was fortunate to receive a Premium Room on a higher floor with a beautiful view. The moment I opened the door and saw the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city, I couldn’t help but say “Wow.” The view was absolutely breathtaking, and I found myself unable to look away.
The room was bright, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable. The mattress and bedding were among the best I’ve experienced, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment of the stay.
For dinner, we dined at The Stilwell and enjoyed our meal and cocktails while taking in the view. Everything was delicious, and the evening city lights made the experience even more memorable. The nighttime skyline was simply stunning.
The self-parking fee was $33 per day, but I found it very reasonable and consistent with what you would expect for a downtown hotel. The parking garage felt secure, and having in-and-out access with the parking ticket made it very convenient throughout our stay.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. I also appreciated the chat service and express checkout option, which made the checkout process quick and hassle-free.
What I remember most is how comfortable and enjoyable the entire experience was. I only wish I could have stayed a few more days. I truly hope to return someday—next time, I would love to book a King Suite and stay even longer.
