"Excellent stay, helpful friendly staff. Property is a unique one in downtown, rooftop pool, sauna, jacuzzi always a nice touch and many cool hidden and not so hidden spots all around. Might have been there on a week with too many kids before school starts (pool was swamped with them lol) outside ..."

"Wir hattten ein Zimmer im 25. Stock mit wunderbaren Blick auf das Chateau Frontenac, Zittadelle und Fluss. Besser geht der Blick nicht. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste an einigen Stelle mal renoviert werden. Z.B. war ein Wasserschaden nur mäßig gestrichen und Möbel etwas abgelebt. ..."
