"Everything was really good but did not receive 5 star service that I was hoping for! Breakfast is amazing! Facilities are really good! However I booked for massage through their online system and on the day they said they don’t have the booking and the spa did not have two people hammam massage available at the same time! So one of the most important relaxing activities that I wanted to do on our holiday I coudnt! And reception stuff simply just said sorry without any real emotion! "

"Great hotel in lovely quiet area of malta. We had a deluxe room which was fantastic with a large balcony and sea view. This was on the other side of the road from the main hotel building. You can exit onto the road from this side so no need to keep going under the tunnel. Indoor pool was great and very warm. "Our room was very spacious beautiful view of the sea. Bed was quite comfortable. Pillows were comfortable to. Shower was good. The food was good, quite a variety. The bar staff made amazing cocktails. The spa well we expected a nice chilled relaxed massage we had the couple's experience, but turn out to not be as relaxing as we thought (so take note). We asked for a relaxing massage. Other wise all in all the stay was good."

"Breakfast was excellent. It was a great deal included with the stay which included a good selection of cold continental buffet. You were also able to select one hot breakfast from their menu too. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
The room was clean however noticed some parts were aging (rust in bathroom) and sometimes dusty in the room. No fault of the hotel but after using the taps or toilet there would be a lingering “sewer” smell.
Overall I would still recommend as the hotel...

"The view from our room was lovely. Even by European standards our room was quite small but storing bags was made easier by an armoire. The bath was a lovely treat after a long day of hiking but make sure you have your shampoo, conditioner, etc as they are not provided. There is a standard liquid soap provided.
