"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"Checkin keep in mind this an apartment not a hotel also in a very busy location in Soho. No instructions before arrival and communications with the host was a challenge (poor English) After hours eventually got access. The apartment is modern well laid out but as advertised no aircon and with recent temperatures in London that was a problem. 2 fans were provided but they made little difference. "The location is great! walking distance from shops, restaurants, a Super Tesco and the underground station! The room was a great size for a solo traveller and i was comfortable. Two points of improvement 1) Please add a full length mirror somewhere in the rooms. 2) My suite was street facing and on street level. If half the windows were frosted, I’d be able to get some sunlight into the room. Unfortunately I kept the blinds lowered. Overall, I do intend to stay with Bob again."

"The rooms were NOT as advertised There was NO ONE to answer the phone or doorbell! The help when finally found was NO HELP and in fact rude! They would not give refunds for cancellation of stays even greater than 24 hrs out"

"We enjoyed our stay as the place was within walking distance to restaurants, buses and train station. Also our rooms were very spacious as we opted for 3 bedrooms. Maid service was a plus as it was nice coming home to a clean place. Check in and out was good and the place has 24 hour customer service. Only 2 things we would change. There is only 1 very tiny elevator and stairs are steep, windy and narrow."
