"The hotel and room are very clean, in a beautiful old building so not all rooms are the same. Free breakfast was amazing, so many choices and all fresh delicious food. Friendly staff and also really good deals on steins, beer glasses and some jewelry in the lobby. Right on the waterfront with many excellent restaurants, a beautiful walkway and lots of river trip opportunities right across the street!"

"Joe welcomed us, what can I say about this guy other than he is the nicest and friendliest person we met on our holiday. He couldn't do enough to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. He recommended attractions and took the time to chat and put that extra care and attention into things. It felt like a home from home. Thanks Joe! The apartment was amazing and the beds were super comfortable. Fortunately it was quiet whilst we were there but I could see how this place would attract crowds of people. The local area is quite and peaceful and you're never far away from a castle or a piece of history to explore. I went there with a small family and we all enjoyed ourselves. We had the apartment with a kitchenette and also one of the adjoining rooms with an en suite. Great parking facilities, we had a transit van and had no issues parking, the local area also has lots of little walks. We didn't use the other facilities at the hotel, it's said to have a sauna and wellness room and we also saw a bar, which wasn't open when we were there but I assume it can be quite busy when the place is full. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent staff - very knowledgeable and willing to help us with small requests and local recommendations. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Some sound traveled between rooms but we slept well and did not hear any trains. Loved seeing a castle out the window!"

"Our room with river view balcony was excellent. Storage and room facilities were particularly well designed though colourscheme and artwork were not to our taste. The breakfasts were exceptional, the rooms clean and the staff very helpful. Stephanie was particularly friendly and helpful."
