"Sheets are ragged ( have photo), mattress is very thin. No refrigerator, no water and no coffee or tee in room. 3 floors with no elevator, and no light in 3rd floor. At least the Staff, Gabbi snd Sabrina were nice. I would not visit there agan"

"This was a tough one. The location was breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel is situated out on the point and you get a clear view of the mountains. The rooms are somewhat dated as it is an older hotel. I would give it a 4.5 and although I like modern hotels, I would definitely stay there again."

"My husband and 2 daughters stayed for 7 nights at the Gastof Eiserne Hand while visiting the area to ski and watch the Free Ride World Tour event. They had the most amazing hospitality from Markus and Micel and stated "it was the best place we have ever stayed". The hotel is excellently organized for the needs of skiers with lift tickets, rentals and ski storage all on site and information provided by the helpful staff.
