A thoughtfully planned complex with rooms opening on to a lovely spacious inner courtyard with a pool. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Ideal for a stopover with my dog.

The shower was amazing. Really good pressure. One of the electric blankets didn’t work, and the heater kept erroring. We were freezing. There were no spare blankets in the cupboard either. The room was nice though.

Not as described on web site, garden view but can't sit out your room to enjoy. Table and chairs are in the rear of room in the gravel car park, very dusty. View from car park not pleasant.

Check the Room before you Pay or Stay

Very old and unkept, everything needs an upgrade, we didn’t stay as the room smelt musty and damp. We paid in full and didn’t stay, the people running the place didn’t even call us to see why we paid, arrived and didn’t stay. Updated photos and many more photos need to be made available so people can make an informed decision, before they part with their hard earned money. We did the right thing and locked the keys in the room and left.

Price gouging for the nearby shepperton football competition The front door to my room had been crow barred open recently and hadn’t been fixed Not even any soap in the bathroom/shower Super noisey all night with people kicking off all over the place A total rip off for the money paid

Asked for tidy of room was there for 9 nights our bed wasn't changed, only replaced towels, bugs on bathroom floor, door to swimming pool wouldn't open, very old bathroom hot water taps leaking so not hot showers and the list goes on. Have stayed in alot of motels this was one of the worse ones.
