"This was such a pretty boutique hotel! The owner, Harald was amazing- so kind and gracious! My teen daughters and I had been to 4 hotels in 4 days and we all agreed that this room was the best! Everything was clean and modern, and comfortable…and beautiful. Honestly, I thought I had booked right next to the airport (it is a 5 minute drive but would’ve been a 40 minute walk), and considered cancelling when I realized my mistake, but I’m glad I didn’t! Male concierge hotelier was incredibly ignorant without any knowledge of use of service animals. Could not contact hotels.com provided ample evidence with emails of proof of payment plus also info from hotels.com site. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for...
