"My main complaint was that there was an odd smell in the room."

"I chose it because of the Salmon Benedict for breakfast: they were out of salmon… (never heard such a thing!). No real choice of breads for breakfast. The bread at the breakfast buffet was stale… I ended up asking for four sunny side up… they wanted to charge me a full breakfast for them, after my protest they cancelled the charge, i just left a tip for the nice waitress. THEY HAD NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE, they did not tell me, in spite of my messages,AND I HAD TO RENT A CAR!!!"

"Alexandria (front desk clerk) was AMAZING! She was very friendly and professional and took care of everything. She made us feel right at home! Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool was great! We had a great stay here and will definitely be staying here again when we are back in Augusta!"

"Great hotel, convenient, reasonably priced. Nice staff. Clean. Only thing we notice on a regular basis is the AC system changes the temperatures randomly. Other weird thing, the thermostat does control the temperature in the room well despite it being on “auto”. When it comes on it’s freezing! When it goes off, it’s sweltering. There’s not a happy medium. Could be a room insulation thing. My husband stays here every other week for a couple days. Doesn’t bother him. I however joined him this trip and it drove me crazy. Overall though, nice place."
